Frequently
Asked Questions...... And their answers
Does
the artwork need to be done in school?
Yes,
the artwork must be done in school. Teachers are specifically
trained to help children
realize their full artistic potential and it often brings out the
child’s natural talent best. In addition...the program will be
much more successful and profitable for your
school or organization.
How
much profit do we make?
You
will make 30% of your sale.
Are
we limited to using the artwork done in school?
No.
Not at all – please feel free to submit any art that is flat and
fits inside the order form envelope without folding. You may also
submit photos. In fact, many families submit multiple pieces of art
and photos.
Do
we get our art and photos back?
Always.
Can
siblings participate?
Absolutely.
There are instructions on the order form for submitting more than
one original piece of art.
Is
the artwork enlarged or reduced before transferring on to products?
Yes,
artwork may be enlarged or reduced to fit the proportion of some
products.
What
do we do with the samples you sent us?
Feel
free to keep them as samples for any future programs.
How
long does it take to run the program?
You
should allow for 2-3 weeks to get the art done in school and about
10-14 days for families to fill out the order forms. Please allow
4-6 weeks for ArtWare to produce and return the orders to the school
(if time constraints are an issue...we will do the best we can to
work with you).
Do
we need to do the art on any special type of paper?
No,
any paper works – colored paper creates a visually exciting
background. See our “Art Instructions” and “Art Ideas” (in
folder) for more ideas.
Who
pays for shipping?
You
pay the shipping when you send your orders to us – but please feel
free to submit your bill (ground shipping charges only) and we will
deduct it from your final payment . We pay the shipping of the
ArtWare setup and the completed orders (over $200.00) going back to
the school.
Can
we place a re-order?
Yes,
you can place a re-order. We will pay for the shipping if it is over
$200 or if we are returning any work that we needed to correct at
the same time.
What
happens if a parent is unhappy with their order?
Our
goal is 100% satisfaction. Although we cannot be responsible for
families ordering incorrect sizes on t-shirts and sweatshirts, we
will do what we can to correct most any other situation.
Do
you have creative ideas for art?
Yes,
we have enclosed some ideas in this set up kit.
How
can we increase sales and raise more funds for our school?
-
Following
the easy to follow "Program
Checklist”
has proven to boost sales time and time
again.
-
Consider
leveraging already created art into additional sales. See
enclosed “Additional ArtWare Programs” flier.
-
Your
excitement and enthusiasm about the program while speaking with children, teachers, and families can be extremely
contagious.
-
Show
your creativity. Along with the display case...create posters or
fliers for the hall walls. Children can be the best sales people
at home when they’re reminded about the program each time they
walk the halls.
Please
feel free to call or email with any special
needs or additional questions.
