1.All art work needs to be created on unlined paper no larger than
9" x
12". Using colored paper will create a colored
background.
2.
Oil pastels, paint, markers or flat paper collage work best.
Crayons and
color pencils will have a softer
finish. Erase any pencil marks on the
artwork but DO NOT use white out.
3.
Photographs may be submitted. You can combine photos and
artwork
on a single piece of paper up to 9"
x 12".
4.
Use only one side of the paper. Markings on the other side
can show
through on to the finished product.
5.
You can sign and date your artwork BUT make sure to leave a
1/4"
border from the edge of the paper to
ensure it does not get
cut off
in processing.
6.
On the back side of the photo or artwork use an arrow or the
word
“TOP” to indicate the top of each piece
of artwork.
7.
If you are submitting more than one piece of artwork give
each piece
of art a number - this should correspond to
the art number indicated
on the order
form.
8.
Specify your typeface choice in the column
titled typeface.
There is no
additional charge for writing that is part of artwork.
9.
We cannot accept copyrighted artwork or photographs without
a
proper release.
10.
Original artwork and photographs will be returned with the
finished
product.
